    90 % Walnuts
    6 % Sugar
    0.5 % Salt
    3.5 % Palm Oil

    Application: Dips and Spreads


    Feed walnuts, salt, sugar and palm oil into a mill.

    Keep milling temperature between 165° – 195°F to prevent burning and rancidity.

    Pass nut butter through an aerator to remove trapped air.

    Run final smooth product through heat exchanger to cool finished walnut butter product.

    Fill into jars and bottles.
